Exciting Opportunity atMSK :Senior Manager –Revenue Integrity Compliance & education

At Memorial Sloan Kettering, thisSenior Manager -Revenue Integrity Compliance & Educationrole provides enterprise leadership in billing compliance, audit oversight, and provider education. The position partners across clinical, revenue, compliance, and technology teams to strengthen compliant charge capture, reduce risk, and drive sustainable operational excellence in support of MSK’s mission to end cancer for life.

Role Overview

  • Serve asenterprisesubject matter expert for Revenue Integrity compliance, regulatory interpretation, and audit strategy.

  • Lead compliance monitoring programs assessing charging, documentation, and billing practices for regulatory and payer adherence.

  • Own internal and external audit lifecycle activities, including readiness, response coordination, remediation, and follow-up.

  • Design and deliver comprehensive provider and operational education programs aligned to audit findings and regulatory updates.

  • Create scalable educational content includingpresentations andreference materials for clinical teams.

  • Act asseniorconsultant and escalation resource for complex billing, documentation, and Epic workflow cases.

  • Partnerwith departments toidentifyroot causesand influence sustainable practice change.

  • Providecomplianceoversight of charge master review and Epic revenue workflow optimization.

  • Operate as a leadership-level individual contributor, influencing outcomes throughexpertiserather than direct management.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in healthcare billing compliance, audit management, and regulatory interpretation.

  • Prior leadership or management experience with enterprise-level accountability and decision-making authority.

  • Deep knowledge of federal and state billing regulations, payer requirements, CMS guidance, and audit standards.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering provider education and training programs.

  • Advanced familiarity with Epic revenue workflows, charge capture processes, and compliance monitoring tools.

  • Influential communication and stakeholder engagement to drive behavioral and workflow change.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

Pay Range: $124,000.00 – $204,700.00

FSLA Status: Exempt
