Job Overview:

The Scientist supports client engagements by contributing to the collection and analysis of primary and secondary data andassistingin the development of client deliverables. This role focuses on executing project-specific tasks, applying analytical methods, and supporting project teams. Success isdemonstratedthrough accuracy, timeliness, and effective collaboration.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Support project teams in understanding client requirements and assigned deliverables.

  • Prepare draft sections of proposals, reports, and presentations following established formats.

  • Conduct data collection and analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods.

  • Identifyand gather information from databases, literature, and other research sources.

  • Summarize findings, patterns, and trendsidentifiedin data.

  • Assistin developing findings and recommendations aligned to client needs.

  • Prepare written deliverables including memos, reports, and supporting documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.

  • Participate in project and client meetings to support execution activities.

  • Maintain documentation and adhere toestablishedprocesses and quality standards.

  • Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing efforts.

  • And all other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

  • Bachelor’s orMaster’sdegree in public health, health economics, clinical science, or related discipline.Fortreamay consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and analytical tools.

Experience(Minimum Required):

  • 5yearsof relevant research or consulting experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related field.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Advanceddegree in public health, health economics, clinical science, or related discipline.

  • Expertiseinresearchqualitative and quantitative research methods.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.

  • Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequentlystationeryfor 6-8 hours per day.

  • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.

  • Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck.

  • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.

  • Light to moderate lifting and carrying, ormoving ofobjects,including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.

  • Regular and consistent attendance.

  • Varied hours may berequired.
