Quality Control Technician III

position Title: Quality Control Technician III
Work Location: Gainesville, GA 30501
Assignment Duration: 11 Month (Possibility of Extension & Conversion into FTE)
Shift Scheduled – 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Position Summary: Quality Control Sterility Technician: To perform, maintain and train on analytical techniques and methods for Quality Control testing required for product release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purity testing for in process samples and diluent
• Purity testing for Avian viruses
• Growth promotion
• pH, Spectrophotometry, and Osmolarity
• Reagent management
• Documentation and LIMs (Laboratory Information Management System)

Qualification & experience:

• Laboratory experience
• Exposure to aseptic technique
• Ability to work individually and in a group setting
• Ability to schedule self
• Communicates effectively to share data with stakeholders
• Values compliance and data integrity

education:

• Associates degree from an accredited institution with two to three (2-3) years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with one to two (1-2) years of related laboratory experience preferred.
