Project Supervisor

A Project Supervisor at West Central Environmental Consultants (WCEC) and SET Environmental is responsible to: 

• Lead one or more crews on both scheduled and emergency response-based projects 
• Ensure the health and safety of the crew, customer, and site 
• Adhere to SET safety policies and procedures by identifying, communicating, and mitigating hazards 
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships 
• Coordinate equipment and supplies for project needs 
• Oversee various environmental projects ranging from, but not limited to: 
  • Confined Space Entry – CSE 
  • Environmental remediation 
  • Waterway response 
  • Hazardous materials clean up 

position REQUIREMENTS 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Minimum 4 years verifiable industry experience 
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER, or ability to obtain 
• OSHA 30, or ability to obtain 
• Confined Space Entry and Rescue Training, or ability to obtain 
• Basic chemical knowledge 
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record 
• Basic Computer and Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook 
• Ability to respond to out-of-town projects as needed 
• Ability to respond to ER call outs, and participate in on-call rotation including weekends 
• Ability to speak, read, and write English Proficiently 
• Must pass DOT physical including drug and alcohol screening
