Landfill Laborer – White Oak Landfill (Monroe, LA)
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage is 17.00 to 17.50 dollars depending on experience.
- Overtime is paid at time and a half for all hours worked over 40 hours per week.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Weed-eating andgeneral site maintenance
- Pressure washing equipmentand work areas
- Assisting withscale operationsand helping load/unload trucks
- Performing cleanup tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor
What You’ll Need:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. throughout a 10+ hour shift, move and perform physical labor daily
- A safety-first mindset and team player attitude

Experience operating a tractor and bush hog is a plus
