| Position Purpose |
The EOATIX Intake and Resolutions Manager is responsible for initial intake for all incoming reports and complaints under the Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct Policy (SMP) and the Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy (NDAP). In addition, this position will assist in reviewing reports made under bias reporting or in relation to issues involving the protection of minors policy. This individual will work closely with the Director of Title IX & EO Services, Sr. Deputy Title IX Coordinator, Title IX Coordinator, and ADA/504 Coordinator to oversee and coordinate resolution processes for the office. The EOATIX Case Manager may also assist with assignment and tracking the completions of EOATIX required trainings for staff, faculty, and graduate students.
