Grant Processor

• Review and implement aspects of contracting and grant management for the Water Quality Restoration Grant Unit in the Bureau of Watershed Management.
• Assist in the administration of water quality restoration grants by ensuring grantees fulfill their obligations, including timely submission of financial and progress reports.
• Monitor project timelines, tracking expenditures, budgets and verifying deliverables, and provide guidance and support to grantees as needed.
• Review documentation, coordinate with staff, provide administrative support and maintain records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating clear communication between grantees and the program to ensure successful grant outcomes.

Mandatory Skills:  

• Microsoft Office.

Desired Skills:

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
