Lancaster Clean Water Partners is seeking an experienced grants and finance coordinator to support multi million dollar initiatives that advance water quality improvements across Lancaster County. This role is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of grants and projects managed by the Partners and participating organizations, including overseeing accounting processes, fiscal policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements. The coordinator will track partner contributions, manage project budgets, process invoices, monitor sub grantees for financial compliance, and ensure timely and accurate reporting within grant portals. Working closely with the Director of Projects, the coordinator will help strengthen grants management systems, support new grant applications, and maintain strong relationships with funders. The position also involves collaborating with partner organizations to provide guidance during subaward and contracting phases, assisting with audits and board reporting, supporting events and outreach as needed, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture aligned with the Partners’ shared values.
