At Seagate, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) is central to how we protect our people, support our communities, andoperateresponsibly. As an EHS Intern,you’llwork alongside experienced professionals and contribute to realprojects while gaining experiencewithin a multi-national organization.This internship offers hands-on experience across core EHS disciplines. Students will work with a team of established EHS professionals to respond to the day-to-day needs of a manufacturing environment.
Students will be assigned to work on oneor moreof the following project areas based on their field of study and interests.

Implementationof newhazardous energy control (Lock-out/Tag-out)management system

Waste reductionproject toassess& implementopportunities to improve landfill diversion

Ergonomicinventorydevelopment for manufacturing activitiesto reduce repetitive motion injuries

Conduct personal and areachemical exposure monitoringtovalidateexposure controls

Review data from existingprocess hazardassessments (PHAs)and develop auditing protocol
In addition toprojectwork, interns willparticipatein day-to-day EHS operations,supporting ongoingcompliance efforts,and collaborating withorganizations throughout the site.

The estimated base wage range for this position is $19 – $24/hr. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Seagate offers comprehensive benefits to its eligible Interns, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and participation in the employee stock purchase plan.Seagate also offers Interns 12 paid holidays and a minimum of 48 hours of paid sick leave.The benefits for this position are based on a 24 to 40-hour-per-week schedule for a full calendar year and may differ depending on work location and tenure with the Company.
