7 Lakes Alliance


7 Lakes Alliance, a non-profit organization in the heart of Maine’s Belgrade Lakes watershed, is seeking energetic Youth environmentaljob.net Corps Crew Members.  7 Lakes Alliance’s mission is to conserve the lands and waters of the Belgrade Lakes Region for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in completing erosion-control projects in the Belgrade Lakes watershed.
  • Communicate with Corps supervisors regularly.
  • Attend training events as requested.
  • Perform other tasks related to the operation of the environmentaljob.net Corps as instructed by the Coordinator.
  • Comply with 7 Lakes Alliance policies regarding safety and conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform strenuous, outdoor work as part of a team.
  • Punctuality and organizational skills.
  • Work 8 hours a day doing physical labor.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age and have reliable transportation.

Job timeframe: Seasonal, 10-14 weeks, ~35 hours per week, Mondays through Fridays with occasional Saturdays.

Start Date: early-May 2026 for college students, mid-June for high school students

End Date: late-August 2026
