Regulatory Compliance Specialist

• Coordinate Information Security and Privacy Regulatory Requirements implementation into Policy and Control Frameworks
• Coordinate and monitor across Information Security and Privacy audits (e.g, NIS2, CCPA, SWIFT and PCI)
• Coordinate and/or assist with readiness reviews across Information Security and Privacy audits (e.g, NIS2, CCPA, SWIFT and PCI)
• Monitor adherence to applicable regulations and internal policies; flag and escalate gaps
• Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and security/privacy documentation reviews
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify and mitigate system-level security threats and risks
• Administer and maintain compliance, security, and governance program documentation

experience

• 3-5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, information security, and/or data privacy
• Demonstrated experience working within cross-functional teams including Legal, IT, Security Operations, and Governance

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present compliance issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with a strong ethical compass
• Collaborative team player who can work independently when needed
