Mandatory Position This position is designated as ‘mandatory’ and, when contacted to report to work, its incumbent is expected to reach the campus as expeditiously as possible using normal precautions as dictated by the adverse weather conditions. |
| Primary Purpose of Position |
This position is the Building Environmental Services Third Shift Floor Care Supervisor for the Center City team, responsible for directing and overseeing personnel and procedures of all shifts of the Building Services unit during the standard Sunday – Thursday work week and on the weekend as building and programmatic needs dictate. The Supervisor must ensure excellent customer service, floor care and accurate set ups, personnel management, and APPA Level II quality cleaning while adhering to LEED Silver and GS 42, green cleaning standards. This position manages the Building Services unit and directly supervises Building Services employees.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from high school or possession of a GED, and one (1) year of experience in the area assigned; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
