- Bachelor’s degreein civil,chemical,environmental, or mechanical engineering
- CurrentProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Texas
- 15+years of experience in the field of water/ wastewaterengineeringdesign
- 10+ years of experience project managing water/wastewater
- Municipal wastewater collection/treatmentdesignengineeringexperience inSTX.
- Municipal wastewater collection/treatment clientrelationshipsinSTX.
- Demonstrated selling and proposal development successto local clients.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including financial responsibility.
- Strongpassion to engage client organizationsto identify and win new projects.
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to convey technical presentations.
- Ability to recruit, build, mentor, and foster an engineering teamas a leader.
- Successful capture of$2Mor moregross salesfor newwastewater designwork annually
- Successful project management of $2M or more design/construction projects annually.
- Executionof all work professionally, safely, and ethically according to company values.
- Highly competent technical leadership resulting in successful projectdelivery.
- Regular client engagement resulting in continually expanding trust relationships.
- Project managementleading teams to meetscope, schedule, budgetrequirements.
- Meticulousprojectfinancial managementresulting in consistently profitable work.
- Staff engagement throughrecruitingandmentorshipto build and strengthen the team.
- Diligent and timely compliance with and implementation ofcompanybusinesspractices.
- Regular participation in local professional societies and associations for networking.
- Maintenance of a Professional Engineer license in Texas for employment duration.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
Salary Range: $112,914 – $149,506 – $185,994
