Love creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces? Join us as an Environmental Services Manager and take the lead in keeping TMC running at its best.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of Environmental Services-guiding your team, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every space meets the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in keeping us aligned with The Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies by staying visible, conducting daily rounding, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
From managing work orders and juggling priorities to keeping supplies stocked and equipment running smoothly, you’ll keep everything moving behind the scenes. More importantly, you’ll inspire your team to take pride in their work and deliver an exceptional experience for patients, visitors, and staff every single day.
What You’ll Bring
- Associate degree in business or a related field
- 5-7 years of Environmental Services management experience
- A strong, hands-on leadership style-you know how to lead, coach, and motivate
- Confidence working with teams at all levels of an organization
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office and beyond)
- Clear and effective communication skills
- A professional presence with a passion for service excellence
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset-you don’t wait, you take action
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple priorities on track
Bonus Points If You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
