Marketing Administrative Associate

Purpose of the Role

To assist and help manage and execute a range of team administrative tasks and marketing communications projects. This role calls for an individual that thrives in a team environment and actively seeks to contribute to the overall digital tactics of TSC products and services. The successful applicant will be a highly organized self-starter and must possess a keen eye for details. We are seeking someone to be an integral part of the TSC team to help drive creativity and realize new opportunities across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Publish news stories across all TSC platforms
  • Build, manage, and proof all TSC newsletters
  • Assist with digital ads management and scheduling across TSC platforms
  • Assist with social media marketing, posting, and reporting
  • Administrative tasks as needed, including being the “front desk” for TSC (e.g., answering phones, organizing office supplies)
  • Manage subscription platforms and all subscriber databases
  • Manage magazine shipments and print orders
  • Manage subscriptions campaigns and brainstorm ideas to help increase distribution
  • Provide regular updates on subscription status and generate subscriber data metrics
  • Assist with media partnerships with external events and conferences:
    • Manage conference relationships and publications outreach through events
    • Draft and manage media partnership agreements
    • Coordinate all conference advertising schedules
    • Maintain conferences budget spreadsheet to track expenses
    • Attend conferences to represent TSC and promote all facets of our business
    • Organize brainstorming sessions for conference booth marketing strategies
    • Communicate conference updates with team in resource meetings
    • Manage and create new ideas for conference opportunities to help TSC expand reach impact
  • Assist with data collection and reporting
  • Support marketing team by helping to publish and execute campaigns and news
  • Manage product databases for both ON&T UVBG and ECO MIBG
  • Research new products and clients for buyers’ guides and directories
  • Assist with QA/QC of products as needed
