Overview
Resolution Group, Inc. (RGI) is seeking an experienced Stormwater Quality Manager to lead stormwater compliance and quality services. This role provides the opportunity to manage critical stormwater quality efforts, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to infrastructure projects that strengthen communities across Indiana.
Duties & Requirements
- Lead stormwater quality management and compliance efforts across projects
- Prepare Erosion Control Plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Stormwater Quality Control Plans (SWQCPs), and Construction Stormwater General Permits (CSGPs)
- Coordinate stormwater quality documentation and regulatory requirements
- Support project teams with stormwater compliance during design and construction phases
- Participate in stormwater inspections as needed
Job Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in stormwater quality management
- Strong knowledge of stormwater permitting and regulatory compliance
- Experience with erosion control and stormwater quality planning
- CPESC or CESSWI certification required
- Stormwater inspection experience is beneficial but not required
- INDOT experience is beneficial but not required
